ok, so i went into voa 25 with no real purpose. just going in with the chance of some loot like every other joe schmo. save i come out of it with an abuse e-mail from blizz. fml

this is how it started.

i get in there and we down fire boss no prob. people naturally are complaining cause "who wants to do that crappy boss." we down him and move on to ice, again, no problem. we get to the looting phaze and wrathful glad caster neck drops. i roll for it on my holy paladin. 81 WOO. noone even gets close. next highest was a 64, i had it in the bag. but lo and behold lootmaster hands it to someone else. naturally my heart drops, so i start spamming raid saying i won the roll, not the other guy. lootmaster tells me to open trade with the other dude and ask for it back. ......... right, because human beings naturally are decent people.
so here's where it comes fun, his name ends in ****hob, i read it wrong and i typed bob. he then said "it's hob you #%@@@%. and just for that(at the misspelling), no" naturally i about lose it. but trying to keep my cool, i just say w/e. he retorts with "w/e to your roll %*#**."
ok, here's my thing. i reported him for the roll, the ninja and the slander. i'm in the right here, i've seen millions (exagerating) of people get their stuff back from ninja's through blue posts. and i come to the understanding that if loot master is established, and lootmaster fails to do his job, it is the right of the roller to report him and get your stuff back that you rightfully won.
so i get an email from a gm saying that they can do nothing unless the accused player writes back to them in a report. wait.... what? so let me get this strait. blizz sends the jerk who took my item a nice little e-mail in game asking them to be nice and hand me my stuff. and if they say no, then i'm *##! out of luck...... sorry but i refuse to believe that, so i clicked the "needs more help" button. so i get a gm like no more then 5 minutes later. through a bit of arguing, he tells me there's nothing he has the power to do. sorry, but that is unacceptable. at this point, it's not about the stupid amulet. blizzard is allowing ninjas to roam free and do whatever they want with no form of conciquence.
stupidly i rage out and send a tell to the ninja saying "i hope you're happy, the gm's won't do anything about what you did yesterday." add in a few cuss words and you get the idea. stupid, i know. so he then, in turn, reports me for harassment. LMAO. nice blizzard. i get ninja looted and called a %*#** and a %%% and i get looked into for abuse. i love how this works. so what now, i get my account hacked, contact blizzard, and they ban my account for gold selling? i can't wait. sideways justice isn't fair. where the hell is justice when you need it?

look, idc anymore. suspend my account for harassment. idc at this point. i've been playing for 3 years now. loyal consumer. poured hundreds of dollers into they flow of the game. and i'm about to leave because of this bull. blizz, find me a reason to stay.... i have the screenshots of the rolls that i won on, and the screens of the guy slandering me. if i get banned, you best make damn sure he does too.

As it stands now, Sovhealz, the other player will need to petition in concerning the item in question. Since the Master Looter gave the item to this other player the item is rightfully his. Perhaps you may wish to discuss this matter with the Master Looter and see if they would be willing to open a petition saying the item distribution was a mistake. I cannot guarantee this would help, but it may be worth a shot.
