Hello, so I recently got hacked(Just yesterday in fact.) and already secured all my info, changed passwords, email, etc. Had all my stuff restored by an awesome quick to respond GM (No name given due to not sure if allowed.) and everything is all good now, just chat and mail privileges are still locked. Was wondering how long they would last or if they could be uplifted a bit early, since it's hard to PuG into a VoA group without any ability to chat cept via guild.

Edit: Have to make way to work, will respond ten hours from now if response is given. Ciao for now.

In situations where chat and mail privileges have been removed indicates the person who compromised the account may have been spamming advertisements and the like.

These restrictions are not permanent and last for approximately 24 hours. In the event you are not able to chat or send mail after this time frame, you may wish to open an in game ticket so we can investigate the issue further.
