Hacked and being hacked right now

Yeah I was hacked earlier today, already changed my password logged on and realized all my gold and items in my bag were missing. So I went ahead and did an account recovery.

It according to my email recovered 4 of my man characters none of them my main which is this character so I figured they weren't done yet considering I haven't gotten an email saying so.

Well now according to my friend someone is on my account right now as we speak and it is not me also considering there is now an Authenticator on my account and I can no longer sign in at all.

I thought my account was being recovered and it even said when I tried to log in that it had been locked due to suspicious activity yet according to realid I am online right now and now when a few hours ago there is an authenticator on my account, this happened AFTER I was already hacked and AFTER I changed my password, I scanned my computer and AFTER I did the character recovery.

So what is going on here why is there suddenly an authenticator on my account and why does it say Im online. This makes no sense at all. I can't even recover my characters how am I suppose to fix this? Is this blizz on my account (probably not likely)?? Please blue post asap again as their is someone on my account right now as we speak.

The sooner you follow the steps listed in the Account Compromise threads, the sooner Blizzard can verify your ownership of the account and get it back in your hands.

Indeed.

Please use the Account Recovery form, Revme, that will get the ball rolling, again. Please note that because this is a second compromise it may require additional verification to regain access to the account but that form will allow the process to be started.

If someone was able to not only compromise the account but also attach an Authenticator it would mean that the e-mail address registered to the account has also been compromised. It is vitally important that you find the source of your compromise otherwise this scenario will continue to repeat itself.

Good luck, Revme. Though those of us who moderate this forum are unable to lock or suspend an account based on a forum post, I have no doubt that our Investigation Team will be able to help straighten this out.
