Unable to log into battle.net

Hello, I am unable to log into my second battle.net account. I am able to log into live and beta with the account but everytime I try to log into battle.net it says "login failed" I've changed the password a few times and it still doesn't work.

The account isn't activated for live anymore (time ran out) but I'm still able to log into beta with the account just fine, but still not able to log into battle.net.

I need the name and realm of a character on the affected account though, Juju. If you can give me that I'll give my shiny button a try. :)
