The spells aren't appearing?

So, whenever i'm at an odd numbered level and i'm near a trainer, I check what spells I will get the next level for motivation.
Today, I did this with tailoring and this mage. I was at 180 tailoring, and I was to get a vest at 185. I leveled to 185, and it's not there anymore. I didn't learn it, and It's not under my learn options.
I was at 37 mage level. I'm supposed to get frostbolt rank 7, fire blast rank 5, arcane explosion rank 4, and conjure mana gem rank 2.
I level to 38, go to org., and surprise, they're not available or in my spellbook!
What's happening?

SIDENOTE: I am level 38. forums just haven't updated.

Have you ensured that while you are at your trainer, you are sorting available spells by 'Available' and not 'Unavailable' or 'Already Known'?

It's possible that an addon might change this setting from time to time, so it's that may have been switched without your notice.
