I just need a question answered really, cause a gm in game, while I was away mention "there is nothing we can do about it once it's deleted it's deleted"

But I am not sure his right, cause there able to retrieve deleted characters from the log or deleted boa items that you just removed from mistake.

Whenever possible, our Game Masters will step in and attempt to reunite players with lost characters and items. Please understand that due to the amount of content we support, our logs are not indefinite. While we will always strive to help whenever we can, this may impact you when requesting the restoration of a character or item, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you can provide me more information into this situation, I may be able to give you a better idea of the possibility of an item/character/mail being restored to you, Elfrick.

I did indeed!

You mention that these items were deleted while using the “controller” instead of the mouse. I took that to mean that you were using the Remote Auction House. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

As I mentioned before, Elfrick, we are able to see deleted threads, for a time typically; even when actions are taken via the Remote Auction House. I took the liberty of looking through your level ten character’s dealings on the auction house none the less, and am able to see a large import and export of Rugged Leather. None of the dealings seem to be out of the norm, Elfrick, and from what I can tell, nothing seems amiss.
