Character Transfer Time?clickforfreecookies

I've been waiting for 4 and a half days now for my transfer to be completed. I'm transferring my ally druid from Crushridge to Arthas. This is absolutely ridiculous to say the least. Day after day has gone by, and I continue to see the pending status. Average Wait time 1 hour you say? BS. Then, if I want to switch to horde, I'll have to wait another week. I opened a ticket, so don't bother suggesting that. You know what I got back? It was a copy and paste message that didn't include my issue. It said, word for word, "xINSERTISSUEHEREx". So in case nobody knew how they do things, that is what they do. They type in there but your CSR didn't know that you had to write stuff and it didn't do it magically. Again, I'm irritated so sorry for being rude and patience is a virtue but these times are ridiculous. I'll make sure to post again a month later when it's finally done and all my stuff is gone.

Thanks, any help would be appreciated. I know you guys work hard and I'm sorry for being frustrated.

Transfers are directly under the purview of our Billing and Account Services department, Doctadre, if there is an issue with your transfer they should be able to check it out and help resolve it. It looks like the transfer already completed so if you are having an issue give them a call. :)
