Possible Scam website, or otherwise

I got a whisper to go to (). It said that I had some violation with my account, and if I don't go that my account will be shut down, or something to the effect. I don't mind going, but it seems fishy to me. I went to the website with my phone incase it had a virus, but it just looked like a battle.net login screen. Is this a valid blizzard website, or a phishing scam?
