Blue: Twinks exploiting the XP on bracket

So we have these people from Doomhammer, twinked to the teeth running around with 3k hp in the level 30 bracket, with a bunch of XP on players running around with 1100 hit points.

What they do is join XP on brackets, grab the flag, take care NOT to cap it, and sit in our graveyard and farm honor kills for the entire 24 minutes (they leave last minute as to avoid the end experience as well).

Isn't this some kind of violation of the ToS? An abuse or exploit?

They have been doing it all damn night (and several nights in a row previously) - I don't know why they feel like they can't handle the regular twink bracket, but it's not right. It's not like I can go and grab my twink and fight them on equal grounds, because my 39 twink would probably end up leveling since I actually want to win the game - it is absolutely destroying any "fun" BG experience for everybody on the receiving end of this behavior.

Blizzard representatives,

What measure can I take so that this does not persist to happen every night? I opened up a GM ticket with a couple of their names, but are they even going to get a warning?

If this isn't a form of harassment, then I don't know what is.

EDIT:

I reiterate, they have their guild hold the flag and leave the game 1 minute before it is over to avoid gaining any experience what so ever. Thus, they are circumventing the entire reason for splitting the brackets into XP off and XP on.

Heya Tucknorris,

Unfortunately, the only advice I have for you in this situation, is to try to get people to stick together in groups and try as a group, which is not very easy to do. Even if you have people in greens you can still enjoy PvP. It only gets frustrating, when everyone does not cooperate or work as a team.

Yes, the gear they have has more of an advantage, than players that have greens, but also these players have worked for a long time to get their characters that way. It may not be completely fair, but this is more of a suggestion in changing the mechanics of the game.

You are welcome to report any players, that you feel are exploiting, a GM will be happy to investigate. Also keep in mind that there will be many changes to PvP when Cataclysm comes out, I would highly suggest to post on our suggestion forums regarding PvP during this time, while everything is being worked out.

I would agree with this, except for one point:

The twinks in question are refusing to cap the flag, thus their own team can't even win. This is refusal to participate, which I have seen pointed out before as a reportable offense. Surely this falls under actions that violate the spirit of the game? And it sure goes against the objectives for the battleground.

This isn't about twinking and gear, but about players refusing to participate once they enter the BG.
This wouldn’t be considered refusal to participate, if the team is camping the opposite faction with the flag until the time runs out to cap the flag for the win. This was the posters issue in question.

Honestly I'm kind of shocked - didn't think that the Blizzard Reps would condone this.

Hmmm, this is actually incorrect, I do not recall saying I condone this behavior at all... =/

As stated before, this is best voiced on our suggestion forums.
