If you are unable to get through to Billing at this time, then I would give it a few tries, or simply try back tomorrow. If neither of those are viable options for you, then you may contact
Billing & Account Services by one of the alternative methods.
Hours of Operation: 7AM to 8PM PST— Wednesday through Tuesday I would be sure to point out that you tried calling, though, and that you were unable to successfully get through.
