When trying to name change, I keep getting "An Error has occurred." right after the credit card part. Tried it like 12 hours ago and had the same problem, figure I'd give it awhile to fix itself but no dice.

For this account, Tableplz? I don't see any attempted transactions so the process is being halted before your information is checked.

Try clearing your temporary internet files (cookies/cache) and reload your browser. You may even want to try a different browser if available (i.e. if you are using Internet Explorer try Firefox or vice versa).
