Need HELP ASAP!!! - Blue Tracker

Hey! My group is in ICC10 and we downed Dreamwalker. We proceeded into the gauntlet and wiped. (yeah, i know, i know) When trying to get back, Dreamwalkers door is closed and no matter what we try it won't open. We reset, regrouped, and used another raid lead. Nothing is working!!! Please Help! Answer quick and you'll be my hero!
