Account recovery.. - Blue Tracker

I've initiated one for my child's account, but I can't imagine that it actually was hacked. But for the life of me I can't log in to set payments back up.

I'm thankfully right - they don't see any evidence of tampering either. Still can't log into the battle.net account, however.

I will call in the morning, but in the meantime so that I can give my child a constructive reason, what would be the reasons I cannot access the account settings?

Both my authenticators are the keychain model, but I checked out the link in any case. I see with the mobile versions you can initiate a sync yourself.

So my last question is: for the keychain model, would a request to re-sync through an email be good enough, or must a call to billing always be made?

Yes, you can email for a key chain model. :)
