My battle.net account id has been changed

So i was at lvl 78 and i was soo glad cause this was the closest i got to lvl 80 then when i was playing i got hacked and my account got banned so 1 year later i got it back and recovered it then i put 6 months into it then i was getting ready to logg into my battle.net account to check one last time before i play as i put in my email and password it says This e-mail/name combination does not exist. so then i get an email from my email address saying Hello Justin,

Blizzard Entertainment recently received a request to change the e-mail address used to log in to the Battle.net account with the username {my email address} The e-mail address [Removed] has been specified as the new username for this Battle.net account. An email has been sent to this new address containing a verification link to complete the change.

Once the new address has been verified, the e-mail address [Removed] can no longer be used to log in to this Battle.net account or any World of Warcraft accounts merged with this Battle.net account. so right not i really don't know what to do and i'm really stressed and i just payed my money for nothing if anyone is there can they please help me thank you

Randums, I would recommend that you contact Billing & Account Services and speak to a live representative. Billing may be reached by any of the following methods, though, again, I strongly urge you to speak to a live representative if at all possible:
