The only information I was able to find on "New Dances" was during the first announcement of Wrath of the Lich King. Keep in mind that anything announced in regards to additional in game content is subject to change before the release of the game. I was also not able to spot exactly where on the box "New dances" is mentioned.

i think i'll take a screenshot of the site NOW, before someone cleverly removes it.

maybe in another 2 years they'll decide to cancel said dances.

If this specific feature has been set aside, Atreya, it's possible that the site will be updated accordingly.
