A GM today made my brother change his name today because someone reported it, his name was "Rbd" does anyone know why a GM would of done that?

As others have indicated, it looks like your brother's name may be in violation of one our Naming Policies. However, if your brother feels his name has been changed in error, he is welcome to contest it via Account Admin at [email protected].
