Linked accounts

A few months ago my account was mistakenly banned as a credit farmer after I'd bought the game and played for about a week or two. Obviously I still had tons of time for the linked period and extra XP.

Recently I contacted customer service who confirmed it was indeed a mistaken ban and the suspension was lifted. Does the 90 days still count while inactive and if so is it possible to have my account relinked for the extra xp since the account ban was clearly not my fault?

I tried asking several times when I had that account unbanned but was never given a response.
