Me and some guildies were doing SWP, but the gate before Kil'Jaeden is locked. Tried soft reset, didn't work.

The Malorne server should be good now, Eriol. You will need to complete a Soft Reset at this point to ensure that the change "takes." >^.^<

Instance Soft Reset

    -Disband your raid
    -Have everyone in your raid exit the instance and remain out of the instance for no less than 30 minutes
    -Reform and enter the raid again
