Mail error faction changing...

I am having some trouble faction changing. I can't because of this error message: "A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox."

The thing is, I have been trying since last night to faction change, so I know I have no incoming mail. I have no auctions either.

Any ideas why? I thought maybe it was someone I ignored, but I deleted that list too.

Can you please provide me the character name and realm of the character you are trying to Faction Change?
