Q u o t e:
I've hunted all over the internet, including the Blizzard website, and I can't seem to locate a launch date for Cataclysm. I've heard a lot of rumors about it, but I would appreciate a definite answer, be it a date or 'TBA'. When is Cataclysm to be released, and how much will it cost in the USA?
The response came with a mission of Earth shattering (Azeroth shattering?) importance attatched:
Q u o t e:
Operative Breâd,
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to visit www.blizzard.com/store <http://www.blizzard.com/store>. There, click "Refresh". Continue clicking "Refresh" until the option to buy Cataclysm comes up. Fail not in this mission at your peril. Properly equip yourself with equipment for this mission as it may be an extended period. Energy drinks, food, reading material and other supplies are recommended.
Clicking wildly on "Refresh" while screaming "COME ON CATACLYSM!" may or may not improve your odds, however it will raise your heartrate and breathing for a time and improve your general health.
This mission can only be entrusted to you and you alone, for you are capable of succeeding where all others have failed mightily before.
Should you choose to accept this mission, good luck.
This message will self destruct in thirty seconds.

The following is my reply to this Call to Arms of sorts:

I can only hope that somehow, these words might reach my new commander.
My clicking fury can be heard even over my shouts for improved health, and I fear that soon many of my fingers (and backup mice) will be in shreds. My chair and table have been replaced by crates of Monster and Amp, and every recycle bin in my house has been emptied in preparation. My final request is that you assign *someone* to level my druid in my coma-induced absence. Fear not, for I've rigged a small motor to keep my finger clicking even after I lose consciousness. I will not abandon my post.
EDIT: 23 hours in. I believe the most troubling part of this task to be the sound of the mouse, clicking, tapping, popping almost, twice per press. For this reason, I plan to remove the mechanical button and replace it with my own home-crafted (much quieter) button. I plan also to find a way to use a second mouse and monitor, and keybind *everything* on my keyboard to MOUSE1 on the first mouse, leaving it on the second monitor, in the 'Refresh' bubble of the blizzard store window. This should in theory allow me to continue leveling and simultaneously succeed in my mission to the fullest.
