Account locked 2 times in 5 minutes

In the past I had this problem before, but now it's just getting ridiculous.

I live in China because of work and I am using a VPN service, sometimes when the vpn servers are down or just not working properly I use my CN IP. I already explained this on the phone 50 times a couple months back and there was no issue. I know it's to go against the farmers and all that stuff, but this is just not fun anymore.

The good thing is, is that I don't need to go and call to reset my password. This has been automated, but joy is that fun!

I do 1 quest, I get locked. I reset password via web, go log in again and do another quest. Locked again.

Is there anything that blizz can do?

Account locks are done for security purposes, Alzbek. I was stating that based on your login history the account locks are deemed appropriate or working as intended. My apologies for the confusion.
