Capping AB flags b4 game starts

Now I know it is an exploit, and blizz confirmed this back when horde did it with 3 day bans for players. Then blizz put up barriers on horde side to stop it.

However, blizz never put up barriers on alliance side to stop them and one player in particulare has done this exploit alot and I have reported him as well as others; blizz has done nothing to this player he is still active on my server and flaunts the fact that blizz will not do anything about it.

I am wondering if anyone has known an alliance player to get a 3 day ban for exploiting in ab by jumping the gate (or similar action to get out) and capping flags in AB?

A few points of contention:

-This is a known issue.
-A fix is scheduled for an upcoming patch
-Please report offenders via in-game petition to be reviewed by a Game Master - it would be most appreciated!

Aside from that, this thread has more than run its course.
