Parental Ctrls and RealID

So in looking for the new real id privacy stuff I turned on parental controls to look there. After that I found the easier way to enable/disable them and whatnot. The question I have is can I completely turn off the ctrls from the net or do I have to call?

Unfortunately, Cathzilla, there is no way to disable the parental control setting via the website. You are going to be required to contact Billing & Account Services if you would like that change to be made.

Hours of Operation: 7AM to 8PM PST— Wednesday through Tuesday
