Strange issue with GM ticket

Hey all, was wondering if someone had some words of advice on issue I had with a GM ticket.

I had turned in a ticket, because I accidentally bought an additional Exodar tabard from the Argent Tourney, but was unable to refund it. I asked if they could either refund the Champion's Seals or swap out my second Exodar tabard with either a Stormwind or Darnassus one.

I got a reply to my ticket today saying that they were able to assist me with this, and sure enough one of the Exodar tabards is gone. However, it doesn't appear that it was swapped for one of the others nor were the badges refunded. I rechecked the in-game mail from the GM, and there were no attachments.

Is there normally a bit of additional time required for something like this, or do you think was it just a simple oversight?

Should I open a fresh ticket, or wait a while and see what happens?

Looks like the Seals were accidentally left out of the in-game mail you received. You should have them now, check you in-box. :)
