Though I understand that you wanted to make a point, Heretic, violating our Code of Conduct in order to report that a guild's behavior may be in violation of our Terms of Use is not recommended and I'm afraid I can not allow you to continue.
Though technically speaking, the name of the guild is not necessarily against our policies, if you look at just the name of the guild. Obviously, unless you were familiar with how it is intended to be translated you may never make that connection.
In this case though your petition makes mention of the initials I could see how it can be easily confused that you are simply reporting the advertisement for the guild and not the guild name.
If you believe that your petition was not addressed appropriately the proper course of action would be to write to
[email protected].
As I believe there was simply some confusion regarding your petition, I'd ask that you submit another one. Make sure you outline what the guild name stands for, and not how they are advertising. That should allow our In-Game Support staff to look into your report and address it appropriately.
Edit: Also make sure you spell the guild name correctly, it seems you misspelled part of the name in your petition, which also could have caused an issue.

A quick armory search shows 26 guilds with this offensive name.
It should be noted that the Armory is a poor source for that type of research. It may not accurately reflect the most updated information as it generally lists old, deleted or already name changed characters, guilds and arena teams.
