Refund if banned?

As I was recently suspended unjustly and received no refund, I was curious.... If I pay for WoW for 6 months, and they decide to ban me tomorrow, do I get refunded?

If there is an active subscription on the account, and the account is closed and unable to re-opened, the funds paid for this subscription will not be refunded, Numerator.
