Trial Account Upgrading "Pending" Problem

Okay, so about mid-summer, I downloaded the World Of Warcraft free 10 day trial. I leveled my current character, Bloodshot, to 20. I just recently upgraded my account to a full account, Burning Crusade, and Wrath of The Lich King profile. I have all the games downloaded on my computer. In-game, I can level past 20, but I can't join a guild, click on the guild tab, whisper to non-friends, I can't trade, or use the mailbox. I checked out my account on the community site and I found out that my account status was "pending". I called Blizzard Billing and Account services, and they simply told me to wait 72 hours. That was a week ago, and I still haven't been able to upgrade. What's wrong with my account? The Blizzard support person told me I did everything right, and my account is fully upgraded, just pending. Any ideas or help please?

Everything appears to be normal on your account, Bloodshôt. I went ahead and refreshed the account. Go ahead and restart the game and login again. If you still cannot trade, whisper or join a guild, try creating a new character and see if you are experiencing the same symptoms.
