Paid Services error encountered

I am experiencing a issue when i go to transfer my character it keeps saying An error has occurred on this page We encountered a problem processing this credit card. i have never had this problem with transferring before. i have also called my bank to see if there was something wrong with my credit card and they said it was fine so i"m thinking its on blizzards end. so Blizzard what can u do about this Problem???

Our Billing Department would be your best resource on an issue of this nature.

I'm sure they can provide assistance and perhaps guidance on this.

Because Game Masters don't have access to those systems, Trïpz and this is most likely an issue that is going to take some discussion, questions, etc.
