Account locked out

My friends account was hacked about a month or so ago. He got the account reeovered, items restored, and webform filled out but the account still shows as locked. He has not attempted to do anything with the account until now because he's had no reason to play but now wants too.

The WoW account name is Removedand if you'd like to PM me, I can giv eyou the email address for the account. Anything you guys can do to help him get back online tonight would be most helpful thanks!
