Upgraded account still restricted?

I recently upgraded from Recruit-a-friend, and according to the FAQ, all my restrictions would be lifted after I got an email from Blizz stating that the upgrade was complete. I got that email several hours ago, but I'm still restricted from trading or using the in-game mail service. I'm not sure where to petition about this at, so I figured I'd post it here. Thanks.
