Please Help! I was recruited by a friend, started a trial account that is linked to that friend, started a toon on that account. clicked "upgrade" and when thru the steps. it appears tho that instead of upgrading my tiral account it created a fully active account as i now have multiple wow accounts on my battlenet login. are these going to "roll together" at the end of the 72 hour period or did i do something wrong during the upgrade? I cant find any information on this and ive been trying to find out all day =P

No, this will require a bit of assistance from Billing. They won't automatically combine.

I'd contact Billing at your earliest possible convenience, this is a bit of a time sensitive issue. Billing should be able to assist getting this all sorted out for you.

Q u o t e:
the annoying thing is that i asked a GM in game and they didnt get back to me with a proper answer they just said "speak to billing if you have billing enquiries" but that wasnt until ten mins after billing closed, and they didnt say that it was a stuff up, just to contact them... omg sooo frustrating that its taken 24 hours after upgrading to get this information

That would be because this is something only our Billing department can accommodate, Bel.

I'm a little uncertain how informing you to contact Billing would be a 'wrong' answer in this case.
