the annoying thing is that i asked a GM in game and they didnt get back to me with a proper answer they just said "speak to billing if you have billing enquiries" but that wasnt until ten mins after billing closed, and they didnt say that it was a stuff up, just to contact them... omg sooo frustrating that its taken 24 hours after upgrading to get this information
