I recently (09/27) paid for a character race change on this particular character, the transaction went through and my character is still unaccessible and no option is being giving to allow me to alter the race. Having read that you were having issues with your system I attempted most of the day (6+ hours) to contact billing & support via phone to no avail, only to get the message "The queue is full."
I then decided to try and contact a GM via the in game ticketing system hoping to get some kind of assistance only to be told to contact billing and support via the phone. It is now (09/29) And still nothing, I can't log into my character either because it tells me "You can not login until the character update process you recently initiated is complete."
I'm at a loss as to what I can do, I can't spend all day on the phone as I have other priorities. Any help in resolving this matter will be greatly appreciated.
