Loot problems

So a friend of mine was in line for invincible mount in Lich king heroic, but the person dced right after the 10% thing

She was there the entire fight but that 10%

The raid leader tried to give it to her but she wasn't listed nowhere on the loot table and I couldn't trade it to her at all

Is it possible for a GM to give this item to her

she did attend the entire fight but dced and now she wasn't eligible

I would recommend the loot master submit a petition with the situation, the player's name, and the item name.

We could certainly look into this for them.
