Cataclysm beta forum problem

Not sure where to post this, so here goes . . .

I am unable to select any toons to post with on the beta forums. When I follow the link that says "Select Character" it displays an empty framework of the character selection list, presumably because I have nothing listed in the WoW#1 server. Selecting the #2 server tab does nothing; it looks like a hyperlink but does nothing. I've followed the advice given in the sticky here:

To summarize, the 5 "common" problems/solutions are as follows:

1) Non-payment associated with the account.
I'm current, and have never had the account closed due to a delinquent payment status.

2) Cookie/temporary internet file problem
Cleared all cookies in my firefox v3.6.10. Didn't "fix" the "problem"

3) Anonymous login
I log in with my battle.net account (after logging out of these forums, of course) and the avatar picture in the upper right corner of the screen says to select one. The results are explained at the top.

4) Login server down
Not the problem.

5) Resetting the password of my battle.net account.
Did that today, didn't help.
