Did i get scammed and can anything be done?

Some guy was selling mount runs for the Ravenlord .. for 5000g
We ran a couple of times and after a while he asked me to pay in advance and that he would still run me for he mount.. so i did. After the he stopped running me and got me on ignore? i know now it was dumb
