RAF question

1st off, yes i searched and i didnt find a answer.

I sent a RAF to my friend Jackie. she started the download but it messed up on her, so she went to Wally world and bought the retail account. it didnt prompt her for a product key, how can we go about linking our accounts for the RAF benefits?
