Need some help with chat window hover

So I haven't played WoW for a while and the chat window options are set up a bit differently.

So before I had my chat windows (general and combat log) set up to be trasnparent, completely seethrough. No problem there, finally figured out how to make it transparent. I also had chat windows set to locked so that mousing over them would have no effect. That's what I can't seem to find in the interface or chat options now. I would like to make it where my chat windows don't darken (or whatever color they're set to) when I mouse over them.
