Problems with linked account

My brother recruit me as friend , and i created my account with the code, but when i payed to upgrade my account another account was created using my email (wow2) and that account is not linked to my brother's , what should i do to fix this?

Unfortunately, in this case you will need to contact Billing and Account services by phone as Hathios stated, here:
    Account Services
    Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc

    Hours: 7 AM to 8 PM Pacific Time
