Group of 20 hacker/bot in SW

Hey, I'd just like to report that theres like 20 hackers like floating and spelling stuff out on Proudmoore Stormwind, between the bank and the auction house. I saw them there yesterday, but they are flying and making shapes into what i'd guess is keylogger sites. it's kinda obnoxious. I had an open ticket yesterday and it took like 2 days to get answered so i thought i would post here.

From what I can see, Abstinent, your petition was submitted 9/27 at 5:56 GMT and answered 9/27 21:10 GMT. Granted we would love to get to a 5 minute response time but I don't believe 15 hours can be considered a couple of days.

The petition seems to be commentary regarding in-game mechanics and features. If you have a suggestion regarding a system or aspect of the game it is best to post in the Suggestion forum with your constructive feedback. Our In-Game Support staff does not develop the game and have no control over such systems.

As for the characters you are reporting, it is unlikely that they are the same ones as you may have originally saw. Though our Developers continue to work on preventative measures that will not negatively impact our legitimate players this issue is a bit complicated. We have implemented methods of detection for this behavior though, if it pops up on a realm it is usually deal with in short order. If you see a group of characters that seem to have persisted for awhile though please feel free to submit an in-game petition, one of our Game Masters will look into it.
