Your recruit does not have a subscription set up on the account, Zerolimite.
They will need to set up a subscription and it will need to bill successfully for any rewards to be granted. If they choose to set up the monthly subscription, you will receive the 1-month referral reward the first month and the mount the following month.
If they sign up with a 3- or 6-month subscription you will be able to redeem both rewards. Alternatively, they can purchase a 60-day prepaid Game Card from a local retailer which will give you the rewards immediately.
