I made a new accout and when I try to use the same cd that is from my old account and now I am try to add a cd key to it and it does not accept it becasue it had already been used. Then I tried to call butt the phone ques were full. I do not know what e-mail it is with or the password. I stoped playing it 14 months ago.

Is there any reason why you are unable to recover your previous account, Jobsmith?

Account Services may be able to assist you with recovering the old account depending on the circumstances. We do not delete accounts or characters due to inactivity. If the account is unable to be recovered, however, you will need to purchase the game again if you wish to upgrade the new account.
