Lost Heirlooms

Okay so yesterday I was busy making and remaking a DK when I forgot that I had sent him my heirlooms already. I really don't wanna spend the time getting those items back. I have an open ticket but no one's replied yet, thought I'd try on here. Is there any way I can get my items back?

The mail should have been returned to your mail box, please use caution when sending mail to alts or other characters, there are times when we may not be able to retrieve it.
