You may wish to consider yourself lucky to even receive the gold, Zonkensouki.
Restoration is never guaranteed no matter how many times an account has been compromised. Since you have been compromised multiple times in the past the fact you received gold for the characters was more than we had to do in this case.

This statement caught my eye and so I thought I would investigate a bit further. It turns out at the time of the compromise there was
not an authenticator on the account. It has been removed a couple weeks prior to the account being compromised.

Since the Game Master provided you gold on the characters the issue is considered resolved. You are more than welcome to submit another ticket concerning this matter but chances are you will receive a reply that the issue has been addressed and does not qualify for restoration.
