Realm Transfers

Greetings,

My wife and I are thinking about moving some of our Characters off of Silver Hand (where she has 80's) to Shadowmoon (where i have 80's). We also be switching from Horde to Alliance.

My questions are as follows, is it going to be $50 per character for a realm transfer and faction change or just $25? My wifes main character is a draenei Shaman, her current character name is not available on Shadowmoon. When she makes the transfer, will she be able to choose which Horde Race she wants, and will she be allowed to choose a new name? Or will we also have to pay for a name change?

One thing to remember with these two particular transactions, Jac - be sure to log into the character between steps.

Doesn't particularly matter which is done first, but do the first step, log into the character after that step is finished, then request the next.

That can side-step some issues that can pop up if the character isn't accessed between requests.
