Account Locked.

Hi there,

My Dilemma is my account got locked a while back after i quit playing due to it being compromised apparently, I have tried to reactivate it and was asked to send in notorized copies of my ID etc. I have now done this But im experiencing slow response times to get my account back. I was assured after i had done this it would only take a few hours to resolve this issue if that.

The account has been fully resecured and linked with my other account on my battlenet account. Any help at all with this issue would be muchly appreciated thanks.

We typically give a 48 hour estimate when it is asked for a player to send in a notarized copy of their information, Saxxman. Please understand that these are only in extreme cases, generally involving a dispute over the ownership of the account. It is our intention to give the account back to the true owner, and lock out any imposter that may be claiming ownership.

Due to the limitations of facsimile technology, some of these faxes may be illegible; the copies either arrive too dark, too light or completely blank. In extreme cases, we may not be able to identify the sender and the form will need to be resubmitted. If we are unable to read the submission, we may be unable to contact you to inform you as such; if you do not receive a response within 48 hours, please resubmit the form.
