Account Restoration

Thanks to Vrakthris, I presume, I finally got a response regarding my account.

I was asked to go through the steps again and read up on securing your account and computer, as I have already done but read it anyway. I resent my email with the account recovery form and valid government ID, I sent it to account administration but they said to contact billing instead.
In this forum there is a sticky that details how you can restore your account without calling billing that is relatively fast, I followed the steps in it got to the end, but where do I go from there.

Just wait it out or do I send my form and ID to billing instead?

Account administration is meant for account disputes, Boatman. That may be one of the reasons why they suggested contacting our Account Services team.

Feel free to submit the Account Recovery web form, which should help you recover your account - https://us.battle.net/account/support/account-recovery.html

If you do receive any followup e-mails stating to contact Account Services directly, it's best that you do.

Q u o t e:
Everything seems to be going along fine, so now I wait for an email saying the processing has been finished?
Once the account goes under review, you should receive a couple of e-mails regarding account security and account restoration along with a password reset.
Q u o t e:
Edit: If I haven't received a ticket number or other information via email as of yet would I worry it's being sent to whoever compromised the account if they changed the details?
If the e-mail address was changed while the account was compromised, you will not receive anything until the account has been reviewed.

Q u o t e:
So Roraks, I will get an email but only after it has been reviewed in the meantime the emails will be sent to the address of the person that compromised it, as I think it is.
No e-mails will be sent until the account is reviewed, period. The account recovery web form is not fully automated, as it does require a representative to review the account before proceeding with any account changes.
Q u o t e:
I won't have to worry about them stopping the restoration process or anything do I, if they are getting updates on what is happening?
No, again no e-mails are sent out until the account is reviewed.
