My account issues :/

Well, i tried to play again after being away for about 2 days or so. When i entered my information it said it was wrong. i entered what i always did but i dismissed it and just reset my password through email and continued to play as usual for about 4 hours or so. When i became disconnected i was unsure what to do because now that i was 100% sure of my information and was just logged in it said the same message about my user information. i then changed my password to something entirely different and after 10 minutes of gameplay it happened yet again. this volleying between passwords happened for almost an hour before i got a message from blizzard saying i am on a 3 hour account ban for spamming and trying to help sell gold. i was confused and sent my message to them, yet waited out the 3 hours (1am-4am my time....) after it was over i reset password as required and tried to log in to see if my account was messed up or anything from a hacker. a message said my account is under burning crusade edition yet i hadn't downloaded it, which i hadn't, i am planning to purchase it after lvl 60. my account has somehow upgraded to burning crusade's trial thing without my permission and i was never able to download the trial part of that just so i can even play... so now i am blocked out of my account for 10 more days until i that stupid trial runs out unless i buy it now. are they really that much after my money? -.- and hopefully the hacker doesn't have burning crusade already or i am screwed. also when i chose to start a new topic it presented me with a choice of characters i have created to be my "face" in posts. some are lvl ones with strange names all in different servers i have never played in before. so yeah i am assuming i have been hacked... nothing stolen yet though hopefully. does anyone know what i should do because i doubt management will ever get around in time for anything to be helped... please help:/

The account can be downgraded back to standard edition, Forkmi. You will need to contact our Account services team to do so, unfortunately I am unable to assist you with that via forums.

I recommend you follow Amaelalin's advice.
