I did the sons of hodir quest chain that is supposed to get you to a neutral state with them so I can get the tabard / do dailies, but I am still hated. Whats going on? Everything I Google says this should get me to where I need to be.

It looks like you have "At War" checked, Wiggims. Uncheck it and you should be fine.
