My friend needs help, please read GM

Dear GM,

My friend plays on Duskwood server with me and his toons names are Astian and Jfoxy. He hasn't played in a while because he didn't have money and his payment did not go through his debit card. He got money and is ready to pay and play. He called me today and said that when he enters his account info on the account management section that it says password and account don't exist. Can you please help my friend out? Thank You
