I purchased everything yesterday via digital copy and it says I'm in trial mode after I upgraded my account, hence:

I don't know what to do, does the 72 hour wait period applies to my account or do I have to wait a full 10 days?

For the restrictions to be removed, it may take up to 72 hours. The only restriction that is removed immediately is the level cap.
